Do I Qualify for a Tiny Home Loan?
In order to Finance your Tiny Home with MitchCraft, you must meet the following requirements:
Able to provide 25% of total build price: cash deposit to MitchCraft (25% total includes your mortgage down payment, ie. 15% mortgage downpayment + 10% MitchCraft Deposit = 25% total.)
Will apply for Mortgage 5 months prior to estimated Home Delivery Date.
(Reservation fee may be required.)
Willing to pay the origination fee at closing which does get included in your mortgage.
Will park for long periods of time. (1+ years)
Have a current agreement for parking in place.
Will purchase insurance from Mortgage company or from Strategic Insurance
Delivery of home through Professional Hauler or MitchCraft (delivery cost can be included in mortgage)
Can provide the following information to the Mortgage Company:
An email address
Social Security or Tax ID Number
Income Amount (No ranges)
Residence History for the past 5 years
Employment History for the past 2 years with gap explanations
Any unreported or recurring debts
Number of Dependents
Tiny Home Parking Address
Confirm that this is a new home being built
Basic Information about the Tiny Home (Includes a MitchCraft Estimate)
Information about the nature of your parking location (private property, land purchase, tiny home community, RV park, etc.)
Information about your Parking agreement for verification.
Specific Figures on price, down payment, etc.
