Where to Legally Park a Tiny Home

Tiny Homes are appealing for their flexibility to be movable and to live in a variety of locations, but you can’t legally park your Tiny Home just ANYWHERE. City and county Zoning restrictions vary greatly, and it’s important for you to know where you’d like to live and what the restrictions are in each area. The shifting nature of these laws can feel complicated, but we’ve provided some information that can help you understand your options and the questions to ask!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between a THOW and an RV? Is a Gooseneck Trailer better? What’s a composting toilet? Where do you keep all your stuff?  Can Tiny Homes be totally off grid? The unique nature of these structures makes for a LOT of questions, and we have heard (and answered) them all!  If your question is totally unique and not on our FAQ Page, feel free to contact us and ask yours!
